Company:
is the controller who processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (hereinafter referred to as GDPR). The company uses the services of intermediaries for specialized activities, who are obliged to respect the protection of privacy in accordance with the GDPR.
Data subjects:
The provider operates a website that uses cookie technology. Therefore, all visitors to the site are considered data subjects, even if they did not directly provide any data. Other groups of data subjects are visitors who have filled out a form on the site for a specific purpose and have also given consent to the processing of the data provided by the form.
A separate group is made up of the company's customers, where additional information is also required for legal reasons when concluding a contract.
Scope of processed data and purpose of processing
Personal data is processed exclusively for the legitimate interests of the company and the fulfillment of legal obligations in accordance with the GDPR.

For email newsletter subscribers: personal identifier, name, email address
For customers: Name, Surname, Data from identity document and other submitted documents, address, email, telephone number and other relevant data related to the contract.

Period of retention of personal data
